Decreasing revenue on the part of state and local budgets will get the revenue hounds giving tickets for anything & everything possible. As this news report points out, increased unemployment, foreclosures, sales tax revenues, etc are all making cities desperate. They will become more crooked and wicked than ever. PLEAD NOT GUILTY, use your due process, resist their revenue schemes.
If everyone did this their ponzi scheme would crumble.
